The price was Euro 355 for a "luxury room". The mini bar was however empty and there were no coffee/tea facilities in the room

Not more than a 3 star hotel. Painted glas-fiber wall paper which was modern 30 years ago gives the feeling that the hotel needs refurbishing. The bathroom towels smelled like old fish and the resturant a so called brasserie was terrible. You expect much more from a so called five star hotel

It was very good time I spent in this hotel especially the staff they are so nice and friendly.

It was very convenient living there during the Frankfurt Marathon Weekend. Everything worked well and the staff was very helpful.

One of the two restaurants was closed, which made the other restaurant rather crowdy.

Location is very good. Train station in the enterance. Its quiet. The view from high floors is very nice.

The smil of the towels is bad.

I really do not think this hotel deserves 5 star. When my husband asked if they can help with bags, they said "you can use the lift" and when my husband responded asking them to really help again, the person at the counter did not even lift their her head, talking to him while writing something or pretending to be writing something. Carpet in corridors is really not attractive. Bed is not comfortable at all - looks like they went cheap in terms of bedlinen and mattress. Thank you Oyuna

The location is just about the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

This hotel simply does not deserve its 5-star rating. A re-decoration is long, long overdue. The facilities are poor - e.g. mini-bar empty - you are invited to shop in a store on the ground floor. The staff are apathetic. For a poor 4-star hotel all of this would be acceptable but for a 5-star hotel this hotel is a rip-off.

Too expensive no fee WIFI

Good location and good service by staff. We were allowed to check in/out . Nice spa, resturant area, with good views. When checking out they provided free baggage storage while we went shopping. Taxi avilabe 24 hours. Staff is very helpfully and cooperative. Abdullah AL-Nami, Saudi Arabia

It was clean and very close to where I needed to be.

Internet very expensive and connection was dreadful. Restaurant service dreadful. I walked out. Complete rip off on prices of the room. Simply more than double what you would expect to pay. Boring nothing special hotel.
