The hotel has SPLENDID views of Frankfurt skyline. The room is high quality, brand-new, and includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Very efficient service. The food is outstanding.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Messe Frankfurt Conference center, making it a great choice for business travelers attending events there. Additionally, the hotel is situated on top of the underground, providing easy access to public transportation. Although not very close to the city center, it is still within a reasonable distance. Furthermore, there is a small shopping mall nearby, offering convenience for guests to shop or dine.

Some front of house staff seemed inexperienced and lacked knowledge about hotel procedures.

The staff at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel was especially helpful and extremely attentive. The room was beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and nice skyline views. I also appreciated the safety measures, such as smoke detectors in the room. Additionally, the hotel accommodated early check-in and offered reasonable prices. The option for a late checkout was also a bonus.

We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful and caring service we received at this hotel. Despite my girlfriend feeling unwell upon check-in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were even given a special get well platter, which really brightened our day. The location, room, and view were exceptional, and the staff were always helpful and responsive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the overall experience was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be returning to this excellent property in the future.
